DeschideCompanie.md respects the privacy of its visitors and clients. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We process personal data in accordance with the data protection legislation of the Republic of Moldova (Law No. 133/2011, replaced by Law No. 195/2024 as of 23 August 2026) and, for data subjects located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

07Data Retention

We do not keep your data indefinitely. We store it only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

• Contact form messages (with no subsequent contract): a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, after which they are deleted.
• Client data (accounting and tax documents): 5-10 years, as required by law.
• Marketing consent: until it is withdrawn.
